The candidate who partook in the interview is Paul Waweru, an accomplished and
successful marketing manager that has over the years managed to establish several successful
firms in different niches namely; marketing, communications, and branding. As a person who
has been in the marketing sector for over thirty years, Mr. Waweru was the right candidate with
the required experience necessary to shared profound insight into the topic that was under
discussion. The marketing sector that is presented today has rapidly metamorphosized from what
it was thirty years back, thanks to the fourth industrial revolution. Conversing with Paul enabled
me as the interviewer to gain a holistic view of the dynamics that define marketing as well as its
management.
From our conversation with Mr. Waweru, the most interesting part was learning how
most of the marketing was done before the integration and heavy reliance on the web. According
to the interviewee, most marketing proposals and relevant documentation would be delivered by
