I say this because I would want to know who they themselves receive care to help them be parents. Do they get constant check-ins with counselors, nurses to make sure they are caring for the baby, answer any questions. The ethical considerations that you would have to look into are because anyone can have a baby, but who do we help them safely and financially care for the child. In getting informed consent, researchers should make sure that there is clear understanding - including interpreting the study information into other languages, and providing interpreters along the way through the study.
