The internet is a valuable tool that has many resources built-in one system to disseminate
information at a faster speed than any other source of information. Previously, newspapers dominated
the source of news but the introduction of television cut that dominance somewhat (Kavanagh,
Marcellino, Blake, Smith, Davenport, Tebeka & Rand Corporation, 2019). It is the explosion of the
internet in the 1990s that saw the mass decline of the newspaper industry. The average reader now had
access to a variety of media choices to choose from in the comfort of their own home. The internet
provides information faster and is versatile with no restriction in the way the information is formatted
which appeals to the average reader. The newspaper industry lost a large volume of its advertising
clients which was its biggest revenue. The internet provides better services for the advertisement
