Your Instructor recently stated that the Business Department at the College is leaning toward increasing the number of communication courses to be offered. This is based on feedback from the local business community and recent school alumni. Before a decision is made, the Dean of the Business Department wants to hear from current students. Prepare a short memo to the Dean describing your belief that additional Business Communications courses are needed or not required at this time. Be sure to support whichever stand you take with good rationale.
Specific information regarding the format and layout of business documents is included in the textbook. This memo should be approximately one page in length.
