Introduction
The world economy and the current financial status experienced in the world today have
increased competition among organizations calling for organizations to survive financially or
gain a competitive advantage. The organizations that have failed to respond well to competition
have been wiped out of the global market, a situation that is not healthy to the world economy.
As a result, the business redesign process remains to be an essential element in government and
organizational growth (Kasemsap, 2020). Due to increased competition, Bosch Car Multimedia
S.A realized the need to improve the efficiency of its back office processes in the Logistics
Department to enhance business improvement and growth. The company decided to make good
use of its resources in an attempt to make efficient use of the available resources through the
establishment of a continuous improvement effort. The company proceeded with the business
redesign process by implementing the idea in a sample of five approaches from the logistics
department. The main aim of setting a continuous improvement process in the company was to
develop efficiency in the performance of the business processes.
