- Create three learning outcomes for your course. Conduct research on your course topic as necessary to create these outcomes. Summarize general course content and how these outcomes will relate to overall course content and how they align with learner expectations.
- Identify and evaluate at least three teaching strategies that could be used in your course and that are a good fit for your learner population, course topic, outcomes, and content. Explain which are the most appropriate teaching strategies for your course and audience, and why they are the most appropriate. Be sure to describe the advantages of using the selected strategies. Support your assertions with research from the field.
- Explain some of the possible barriers to learning might you encounter in your course. Identify the strategies you could use to overcome those barriers and to keep learners motivated.

- Format: 12-point Times New Roman or Arial font, double-spaced in Microsoft Word.
- Length: 5–7 pages, plus a title page and a references page.
- Use correct APA format, including running head, page numbers, and a title page.
- Use and cite at least two scholarly articles in your plan.
- Writing should be free of grammar and spelling errors that distract from content.

Cultural diversity is an important concept in nursing. This is because the healthcare
institution accommodates people from everywhere regardless of their cultural affiliation. It is
therefore essential for nurses to ensure that they are fit and culturally flexible. The main
mission of hospitals is to provide quality healthcare for the community in general
(Kirkpatrick, 2018). The community is made up of different people with different cultural
backgrounds. This paper will look at cultural diversity in detail regarding the training of
nurses as well as three outcomes the students will fully comprehend and understand before
the end of the course.
Training is essential for every organization. What is more important is the training
outcome. This is because it examines whether the training was successful and achieved the
set objectives. The three outcomes that will be used in this course include, recognizing the
need to honor human differences by increasing their knowledge towards cultural variations,
achieving skills that help them work with patients of different cultures, and for students to
increase their knowledge and understanding of equality and inclusion. The initial training is
supposed to help the nurses be more accommodative towards people from different cultural
backgrounds. Thus, increasing efforts towards ensuring the hospital becomes a safer place for
everyone while acknowledging diversity issues to find solutions towards mitigating them.
Therefore, these outcomes fit well with the objective of the training.
