Question Description

I’m trying to study for my Geology course and I need some help to understand this question.

The sustainability of our civilization relies heavily upon providing the necessary mineral resources for future advances in technology, medicine, and electronics. Describe three methods by which we will meet tomorrow's needs for mineral resources.

Final Answer

Exploration is a must if we intended on becoming sustainable in terms of non-fuel minerals, however, partnerships will need to be forged to meet the needs of our continued challenges. Processing/Production would then be the means of development, thus, partnering with processing and production planets would become vital to our very existence; progress is a virtue. If mineral production cannot be accomplished, we are left with only one choice; importing what it is that we desire. these would be the three/4 strategies that would need to be considered.
