In 2008-2009 bailout of Chrysler, US government was going to loose 23 billion dollars. President Obama defends this decision to support. The argument was that it was necessary to stop losses big amount of jobs.

In 2008-2009 Chrysler had paid more than 23 billion dollars tax to US government. The Obama administration defends the auto bailout instead of the cost.

This bailout was actually UAW bailout because Chrysler is among the highest tax pay companies. Its workers are among the highly paid workers in America. This bail out supported not only the company, but also its workers. This way, they saved their jobs and earning.

This way, Chrysler bailout is a good example of Type A strategic Choice.
