performance, supportability, reliability, and maintainability improvements. Generally, BCA is a
valuable tool that helps with refining numerous decisions and determining the best-value
strategies. However, in this case, the paper will be providing an analysis of Boeing Company,
worldwide company in America that manufactures, designs, and vends rotorcraft,
telecommunication equipment, missiles, satellites, and rotorcraft.
Thesis Statement
This paper primarily provides an analysis of the Boeing Company. Firstly, it gives the
company's brief overview (historical backdrop) and highlights the critical/crucial incident in its
development, and identifies Boeing's internal strengths and weaknesses. Secondly, the paper
ascertains Boeing's environmental threats and opportunities, and analyses them using both the
life-cycle model along with Competitive Forces Model. Both the Corporate-level and business
level, and Global strategy are addressed in the paper. Thirdly, the paper addresses Boeing's
structure, and control system, and draws the relations between ethical issues and Boeing's
strategy of social responsibility. Lastly, the paper analyses Boeing's financial position dependent
on profit/net income, shareholder-return ratios/ ROE, and the cash flow. Additionally,
