For this assessment, create an annotated outline that provides a framework of your capstone project. Your annotated outline must state the name of your chosen organization and must include the following items:
- Identify the main sections to be developed in the paper and tie them to the project objectives.
- Identify where each supporting reference will be integrated.
- Identify main points that address ethical aspects associated with your chosen business.
- Identify main points that address leadership and collaboration aspects associated with your chosen business.
- Identify main points of your recommendations. Your recommendations should also be one of the headings of your outline.
- Identify credible evidence to support an analysis.
- For the evidence you provide, include key points to clarify why it matters and how it will inform the analysis.
- In your key sections, you should use at least four main headings; these sections make up the body of your outline.
- Each heading must have at least two sub-points to develop the detail required.
- Include a description of each major point.
- Include at least one reference to support each major point of the paper.
- Incorporate relevant quotes or paraphrases from a source that you might use for support, with an APA in-text citation.

Executive Summary
Tesla Inc. is a U.S multinational automobile company that designs, manufactures, and
sells electric cars and electric vehicle powertrain components that focus mainly on energy
innovation. The company operates with a mission of accelerating the world’s transition to
sustainable energy. To further this mission, there is a need for the company to expand its
operations by setting up their manufacturing plants in untapped markets such as Europe and
Asia. These regions present a diverse market for the company with the growing need for
sustainable energy and environmental conservation. The company currently has about 272 stores
worldwide and 164 of these stores are in 26 countries out of the United States with Germany
being the most significant market with about 27 Tesla international stores (Liu et al., 2014).
The expansion of Tesla Motors can be achieved globally, although the paper will focus
on the company venture into Europe and Asia regions, which are focusing on using low emission
vehicles for environmental sustainability. The strategy will be to perform research on the demand
