Effective communication is a major aspect of the business and acts as the foundation for
any business operations. Today, it is impossible to be involved in business without the need to
engage various stakeholders as well as employing newer technologies which can complicate as
well as simplify business communications, hence effective communication plays a vital role.
Effective communication involves clear and complete message and elimination of the barriers to
communication. It is through the principles of the business communication that businesses can
achieve effective communication, leading to increased efficiency, improved productivity, and
reducing redundancies. Following is a discussion of the three most important principles based on
the selected two sources.

One of the principle is clarity, which is considered a must and number on rule that all
business should follow. For a message to be effective and useful to the receiver, it should be
