Introduction
Working in a team basically is one of the most crucial elements in any organization since team
work offers individuals within an organization the ability to become more familiar with each
other thereby providing an opportunity to get to learn how to work together within any
organizational setting (Kozlowski & Bell, 2003). Team work in this regard can be defined as a
sense of unity and enthusiasm towards a common interests, responsibilities and goals as
developed between groups of persons. In our organizations today, what defines organizational
success is therefore how strongly are the teams with organization glued together towards a
common interest of propelling the organization forward. Without team work no organization can
be successful since members within the organization may not be glued towards the interest of the
organization but rather their own individual interests which may be in contrary to the
organizational success.
