Present-day healthcare is a team sport, mainly in hospitals. Chan, Wong, Chan, and
Ganotice (2019) presume that there is increasing momentum for "interprofessional collaboration
(IPC)" in the health workforce. IPC refers to the teaching and practice where persons from
various professional backgrounds meet, interact, learn, and work together. The goal of the IPC is
to share best practices and efficaciously pinpoint crucial gains in the management of persons

patient care and outcomes, reduced mishaps, prompt treatment, reduced inefficiency and
