I’m working on a Management exercise and need support.
Your task: Based on the information you identified and presented in the Conducting a Needs Assessment Assignment, you will now prepare an outline of an HRD program at Initech that you believe will help address some of these needs. You will provide an outline for each of the six key activities presented in the text. Some sections will be longer than others, but this is not meant to be a completed proposal, this is the outline that you present to your executive team before you spend a ton of time on the full proposal – so it should have sufficient information, but it does not have to be over the top.
Again here, keep in mind the multiple variables in this dynamic: management, employees, process, the environment, culture, etc.
Also, keep in mind that different key activities might be better presented in appropriate formats, such as figure 5-3.

An HRD program is essential for any entity that anticipates growth. This is the reason why
Initech has decided to prepare one. The program is expected to assist staff in many ways.
However, the purpose of the program is as follows:
a) It can be used to advance the skills of the staff in their place of work.
b) The platform will also allow the workers to increase their efficiency.
c) An HRD is essential for the workers as it will assist them to progress in their careers.
d) Moreover, staffs will get a chance to learn new ideas from senior employees (Leistritz et
al., 2019).
e) Lastly, it can give the company a better success...
