Introduction
A leader should work with teams to identify the required change within an
organization. A leader is also essential in creating a vision which serves to guide the change
process through inspiration and executing the change with other members of the group.
Leaders should also focus on enhancing morale, motivation and job performance through a
number of different approaches including being a role model for the followers within the
organization, connecting the followers through a sense of identity, challenging followers to
take greater ownership of their actions and in raising their interest in projects implemented
