Abstract
The offenders released on parole differences are affected by both environmental and
social factor in their probabilities to recidivism. Recidivism refers to the persons revert to the
issues of the crimes and offences. The family, friends and neighborhood societies play a
significant role in the determination of the parole activities and the outcomes. Play a role in
the lowered or increase probabilities of the recidivism. The families will tend to offer
suspicion to such offenders where they then lack believe for change in them the social
morality levels of society are influential in the correction process. The main goal and
expectation are that the offenders will not recidivate to bad behaviors and acts in society.
Being part of the correction systems, the offenders are expected to change from their bad acts
and behaviors. The parole allows the individuals to serve their punishment outside the prison
doors. The influence of the family, friends and other close members of the society on note
offenders can either influence or diminishing the probability of recidivism.

Introduction and Problem Statement
Parole and probation are two efforts that are geared towards the incarceration. They
are two main aspects of the supervision efforts towards offenders serving outside the prison.
The work of the parole officers is geared and controlled by set policies that control it to ensure
that the process of controlling the offered released is successful. The probation process is an
