Litigation is the resolution process by which two parties come to a mutual agreement in resolving their current claims. One of the most common litigation within the criminal justice system is that frivolous law suits. Another resolution procedure includes that of internal claims of misconduct and insubordination in which unions will become involved. Another highly utilized practice is that of litigation involving debt disputes, whether private and/or professional.
