Final Answer

y = -5(x+7)(x+2)

y = -5(x^2 +9x +14)

y = -5x^2 -45x -70

a = -5       b = -45         c = -70

for x we use the formula of vertex

x = -b/2a then

x = 45/-10   or   -9/2

now put the value of x in original equation , we get

y = -5(-9/2) -45(-9/2) -70

y = 45/2 + 405/2 -70

y = (45 + 405 - 140)/2

now y = 155

So HENCE vertex is

[ x , y ] = [ -9/2 , 155 ]
