1. Role of Civil Service System to HRM:
The critical role of Civil Service System is governing the society and providing equal
opportunities in employment and utilization of human resources. The function of HRM
department in public administration services is to provide the employees with the capability to
manage: healthcare, record keeping, promotion and advancement, benefits, compensation, etc.
Public administration provides numerous services to the public and serves their interests
in many ways. The real core of administration is to perform the basic service to the public. It is
the administration which ensures the security and protection of life and property of the members
of the society by maintaining proper law and order.
The function, in terms of the employers benefit, is to create a management system to
achieve long-term goals and plans. The management allows companies to study, target, and
execute long-term employment goals.
