Prejudicial concept that were presented within court cases are nothing more the a personal belief, potentially rendering a verdict based on other factors rather than the presented evidence. Bias, another discriminative act, whether personal and/or professional, will deviate for the actual truth in order to bend the law lawfully in order to instill the maximum retributive and/or restorative sentencing.
