Conflict is unavoidable in institutions. During their operations, organizations
experience various forms of conflict that stem from employees. Employee conflict is a
common occurrence in the workplace that arises from different perceptions and personalities
of employees. The existence of a conflict in organizations requires the development of the
best measures to handle the conflicts to ensure the success of the organization. Handling
conflicts is essential to an organization since it ensures the maintenance of a healthy work
environment. Some organizations encounter problems with handling conflicts because of the
assumption that small conflicts will disappear. Consequently, small conflicts grow into
