Unit testing is a method of software testing where sets of computer program modules, data
control, operating procedures and usage procedures are normally tested to determine their fitness
for use.
One of the unit testing tools is the Ahven that is used for Ada 95 programming language.
Several ideas are obtained from AUnit and it is loosely modelled after JUnit. The requirement for
this testing tool is that it is normally tested on windows and Linux. The other unit testing tool is
the Aunit that comprises a set of packages of Ada based on the family of xUnit (Naik, Tripathy
et al…2011). The requirement for the Aunit is that similar to Ahven; it uses Windows and differs
on the use of Unix.
The other unit testing tool is the Dtraq that is a review debugging tool as well as a data
logging tool. It provides a near real time analysis and data loggin...
