IT is useful to a business but can be a hindrance to the change process in many ways. Firstly,
some individuals within an entity may oppose the use of automated systems. This is because of
the fear of losing their jobs after its introduction. Besides, people might resist the change process
as they may not have the needed skills to handle their tasks (George & Rogers, 2018). For
instance, staffs in small entities may lack computer skills that are required before changing to
