Should the U.S. Government prohibit companies from outsourcing jobs to people in foreign countries that do not have unions and / or fair labor laws?

Write a six to eight (6-8) page paper in which you:

7. Use effective transitional words, phrases, and sentences.

8. Provide a concluding paragraph / transitional paragraph that summarizes the proposed solution and its advantages.

9. Develop a coherently structured paper with an introduction, body, and conclusion.

10. Use one (1) or more rhetorical strategies (ethos, logos, pathos) to explain advantages. 

11. Support advantage claims with at least three (3) additional quality relevant references. Use at least six (6) total for Parts 1 and 2. Note: Wikipedia and other Websites do not qualify as academic resources.

Job outsourcing can be said to be the allocation of particular business progressions to an
experienced or specialist’s external employee or a service provider to business enterprises. This
assignment of the foreign employees is to do that the organization or the company cannot be able
to handle the all the obligation internally and therefore becomes necessary to have an external
force to offer help to the organization. Another reason for hiring external employees is because
some tasks are temporary, and there is no need for an organization to have permanent employees
to perform the tasks.
Also, outsourcing can be defined as a practice of astringing workers outside the company
to the provision of services which were previously carried out by the permanent employees. This
practice of outsourcing is also referred to as offshoring. This is because there is increasing use of
non-United States of America service providers. In the same time, same services are provided
outside the United States of America thus said to be both outsourcing and offshoring (Bhagwati,
Panagariya, & Srinivasan, 2004).
Therefore in the dependent of the question on whether the United States of America
should prohibit outsourcing of jobs to individuals in the foreign countries is open ended and thus
depends on the argument put in place. According to my argument, it is not necessary for the
United States of America to prohibit companies from outsourcing jobs to people in the foreign
countries if they do not have a union or fair labor laws. What the government of America should
do is have guidelines protecting employees who are involved in the process of outsourcing by the
companies or organizations.
