Create recommendations for both IPv4 and IPv6 schemas at the China location.

Introduction
Each of the devices within West Consulting will have a valid IP address. This implies
that an IP addressing scheme will be required for effective network communication. The network
administrator will assign the IP addresses either statically or dynamically. The process requires
