A buying center comprises of a set of individuals within setting up or an organization
that is dependable for buying decisions. For our nonprofit firm, the four primary roles and
accountabilities involved in a buying center include: First the Initiators; these are the individuals
who begin the buying process. The top supervision would be the perfect example of this because
any manufactured goods decision is based on efforts from the top level. The need could emerge
