The physician must advise James that the decision he is making is harmful to their son.
The physicians clearly understand that James' case could deteriorate his health. He understood that
James could require a kidney transplant within one year. I believe by physicians informing James
patients on what could occur to their son is not disrespectful as I think that the physician wanted
to help them. Thus, according to the expertise of the physicians in the field, they need to take
further action so that they can save the life of James. According to biblical teachings, it is only
God who heals, but Mike and Joanne fail to understand that they should take action and pray to
God to help them make the decision they have taken come to pass (Timmins and Caldeira, 2017).
The physician could advise the couple that they needed to seek medical intervention and then pray
