BSN prepared RN have several areas that they focus on, and that shows their ability to
complete most of the tasks involved in their daily duties (Flinter et al., 2017). The application of
the most productive areas of studies allows the nurses to analyze the current issue and to ensure
that the approaches to solving the health issue are of high level. EBP serves as one of the
essential components that is needed by the BSN prepared RN since it allows them to make a
critical analysis of the health issue in question and to ensure that the approach that is used is of
high level and that it may lead towards the effective management of the problems in question.
The integration of EBP is a more critical aspect for the BSN-RN since it assists in showing the
essential elements of a study (Dang & Dearholt, 2017). Knowledge that practitioners have
regarding bariatric surgery, as well as the more knowledge that they may gain regarding the best
approaches of improving the general practice plays a critical role in ensuring that the registered
nurses can offer quality health outcome. In addition to the above, the application helps to show
the other approaches that nurses can rely on when providing the required support for the nurses.
Over the recent past, the use of modern technology has assisted the nursing sector to learn about
critical health issues and use appropriate means of solving the problems. For that case, the
integration of EBP nurses is able to get frequent updates regarding appropriate medical
approaches and technologies required to promote the general outcome of the patients.
Although the integration of practice may offer several challenges to the implementation
process, there are several approaches in which one may need to put in place to ensure that
evidence is integrated into the field and at the same time promote its application in the nursing
practice (Schmidt & Brown, 2017). One of the ways that I will rely on upon in integrating
bariatric surgery in my work environment is through ensuring that the nurses are taught about the
