clients. An organization should maintain standards of conduct. The main aim is to guide staff on
how to conduct their affairs. This can assist in enhancing discipline within the organization. The
policy of my corporation needs all people to abide by the rules of an entity. The strategy is good
since it explains how to keep the management accountable for their actions. Besides, it
encourages employees to uphold integrity in the execution of their duties. The motivation behind
a company’s policy is to reduce indiscipline cases in a firm. Also, the plan is vital as it will guide
workers on how to solve disputes whenever they arise. The policy can set an excellent precedent
in the company that can be followed in the future. This will ensure that discipline becomes part
of a firm’s cultures.
Consequently, the policy is crucial as it will boost the image of the corporation. The strategy of
the organization will be progressive to enhance discipline in a company. As a result, it will be

administrators to terminate the contract. An example is where an employee is caught stealing
