An organization is a social structure of people that is run and organized to meet a need or
achieve a certain objective. All the organizations have a management structure in which they rely
on to run their day to day activities, these structures give authority, assign responsibilities
through which the different tasks of the organization are achieved. An organization is made up of
individuals who have a common objective in which they work to achieve it. The managers are
the major determiners of the success or failure of the organization and thus play a key role in the
success of every organization. They over see the execution of the duties and goals set by the
organization and ensure that they are achieved. The manager also ensures that the employees
work in a good environment and ensures that all the needs of the employees are met for
efficiency in the work place.
Performance excellent also knows as total quality is the total fulfillment of the customer
with high value products and services with minimum cost to the organization based on
teamwork. This improves the effectives and the capabilities of the organization because the
workers are ever learning and improving their skills in delivering their services to the
organization. Global awareness in detailed understanding of both the local and international
market environment through which establishments can make real decisions. A learning
organization is the one which gives room for its workers to continue upgrading their skills and
thus transforming the organization in the process.
