Identify the evolving network of strategic relationships with
customers, suppliers, and collaborators both on the Web and with
conventional organizations. Which of these relationships are the most
important to Amazon? Explain your rationale.
I'd think that the relationship with the customers are important. I don't really care too much to use amazon, and their suppliers and collaborators I would imagine are very important to them. But if you ever end up being as big as Amazon, I would imagine that taking your customers into account is a priority. Without the customers, if you don't listen and improve to their standards, they won't buy your product, or use your service. You can have collaborators and suppliers and a full scale business. But what if you had no customers?.. no one would ever know who you were. But we know amazon, so I must give them the benefit of the doubt. They must be doing something right by their customers.
