What are the styles of managent when interviewing? This seems a good
question and the it will be discussed within the newsletter.

The

newsletter will also discuss the various styles of leadership and how
they are utilsed in interviews for defining good managemnt or giving
examples of good mamngemnt. The leadership interview queries can
asist one to assess job applicants leadership potetial,exeperience and
skills. When hiring a role within the organisation that requires an
experienced leader,asking the right queries during the interview will
be helpful for finding the right person that wil take the organiZation to

The Ross technologies company is one of the local firms I wish to seek for
employment in future. The individual I interviewed was Jannette Edwards who is the
human resource manager. Jannette did say that she began working at Ross
technology as the hiring manager and through her hard work and diligence she
achieved a lot of success. Therefore, after a year the Ross technologies promoted her
to be the human resource manager of the company. The reason behind her promotion
was she had done an excellent job of finding new people getting attracted to the
company because she treated them well. Also, she was good at overseeing all the
departmental functions as well as managing workers as required.
