Among the most famous artworks in the
Italian Cenacolo is Leonardo Da Vinci’s the
“last supper,” created between 1495–1498. The
dramatic scenes depicted in the image can
closely be generalized to be in connection with
the books of the gospel of Mathew when Jesus
Christ declared that one of his disciples would
betray him and will instigate the Eucharist. The
artwork was developed in 1495 when the works
