When looking at a Nutrition Facts Table, one should look for calories found in the
products. Then, one should seek to understand the serving size indicated. For any food, one
should check serving’s size, the number of servings per the food, and calories. When checking
for calories, a person should check for saturated calories, total calories, fat calories, and trans-fat
calories that are in every serving. Under health regulations, total fat calories ought to fall under
30 percent of total calories in the food product. Therefore, as I evaluate the differences between
the Cracker A and Cracker B, I realize that Cracker A has a fat content of 4.5 grams while B has
2 grams. The saturated fat for A is 2.5 grams, while B has 0.3 grams. The total percentage value
of saturated fat and trans-fats is 13 percent for A, and 2 percent for B. Another difference is that
the daily value in terms of percentage for Sodium in Cracker A is 12 percent while B has 4
