Sustainability could well be identified and understood as an approach that allows the
continued maintenance of a state or process that can become maintained at a specific rate or level
through observing the different tying factors surrounding the processes (Stock & Burton, 2011).
Additionally, the continued maintenance of the natural resources and avoidance of depletion to
ensure an ecological balance in the aim of maintaining a healthy environment.
2. Summarize the video called 'Why Sustainable Food Systems Matter' in at least 1
paragraph.
Food sustainability is one of the most significant impacts and influences in our daily life.
The systems that continually help in developing and creating a sustainable food supply may be a
more excellent way to project in delivering food and other components to the market. Based on
the different contributing factors, the sustainability of food systems is a global concern. It is
based on different methods that help promote the continued development of food and the
maintenance of various aspects. Factors involving technology, conservation of soil, the continued
social, environmental and government policies form the most significant contributors to the
continued development and improvement of sustainable food systems. Furthermore, the video
continues to focus on the different aspects of research and how, through continued management
and observations within the larger society, it would help create a sustainable food system. It's a
