Six Sigma remains an important and main competency of 3M. In fact, the Lean
Six Sigma is structured approach, which remains dependent on an effective parameter,

making data-driven decisions, which motivates and energizes individuals. Lean Six
Sigma program in most cases has various benefits (Salah & Rahim, 2018). The first
benefit associated with Lean Six Sigma program is providing a platform, which would
help towards improving an organization’s process holistically.

Other than that, Lean Six Sigma program is essential in designing efficient
processes, which is essential in cost reduction, improvement of customer satisfaction and
sales increment. On the same note, the processes are essential in managerial
