The increase in population density within a give geographical location is directly related to the locations social changes. Aging will obviously be effective over the duration period of growth, however, its immediate impact will be that of an increased employment pool with multiple talented young individuals whom are willing to compete with the aging population. One common tactic that organizations employ is hiring young individuals at a less pay wage for the same type and amount of work, reducing the aging emlpoyement pool within a certain social setting.
