battery. The combination of high functionality and durability of the product makes it appealing
to the customers. The phone uses the latest operating system, which is personal and more secure
than any other phone in the market.
The benefits of the product to the customer are durability as it is water-resistant and easy
accessibility as it is designed to aid individuals with disabilities. Additionally, the phone offers
various functions such as video calls and locations to allowing tracking if it gets lost.
2. Define the core, actual, and augmented product benefits.
The core benefit of the product is making phone calls, sending SMS, accessing the
internet, and using the camera. These are the significant functions that consumers look for in a
phone, and manufacturers design the phones to meet the needs of the customers.
The actual product benefits include the brand name, durability, water-resistance, and a
long-lasting battery. The manufacturer is Apple and has a reputable brand worldwide. The phone
