Increasing attention on international expansion in the marketplace has reinforced a greater
focus on streamlining the supply chain management functions of businesses and nations. It is
evident that many firms choose to outsource part or all of their logistics functions to third parties
in an attempt to achieve operational efficiencies within the supply chain (Green, 2008). Therefore,
third party logistics are firms or service providers that generally specialize in integrated operations,
warehousing, transportation, and forwarding and clearing that can be scaled and customized
according to customers' needs based on market conditions as well as the demand and delivery
services for their materials and products. The demand for third-party logistics has been attributed
