In the modern corporate world, various organizations are established with the interest of
ensuring valid service deliveries and generations of quality products that are effective in
sustaining and impressing the healthy individuals lives in society. Therefore, for an organization
to work purposely on attaining its objectives aimed at giving quality services and products, they
have to create a significant structure that is instrumental in suggesting the most impressive and
promising leadership used in promoting the achievements of the organization's objectives
(Bowman & Kearney, 2015). The concept of developing the most exciting structure includes the
establishment of an excellent structure that runs from the top management to the lower level in
the coordination with the purpose and aim of improving the living standards of the influenced
population. The management structure is composed of the administrative sector and the
ownership sector that is effective in dictating the way an organization operates and plays a
significant role in coordinating every stakeholder in the organization to achieve the expected
ranks and objectives in the system (Rhodes, 2018). Some of the organizational structures have
the board committees that are mainly established to impress their performances and work on
attaining the most influential governance and service coordination to aim at achieving the main
objectives of the company. Therefore, this paper presents the evaluation of various roles of the
board committees in coordinating the organization's performances and interests in society.
The creation of the board of directors and committees is mainly established with the
purpose or impression of designating the proposed bodies with the interest of generally
overseeing the function of the corporate governance within the organization. The board of
directors carry out the oversight and advisory responsibilities through a planned, well-structured
and assigned committee that purposes on exploiting the advantage of specially skilled individuals

coordination of the corporate's practices that aims at directing the impressive values to
