Saudi Aramco Company is one of the largest companies that has been very dominant in
the region. The company deals in chemicals and energy resources and is based on corporate
policies. The company has good management that is concerned with the wellbeing of the
employees to ensure that they perform to their level best. Due to competition and rapid changes
in technology, the company has been obliged to make regular changes to ensure that it remains
competitive and profitable (Kabir, 2019). Some of the common practices that have been recorded
in the firm include hiring more experienced employees and training the existing ones to ensure
that it remains as one of the best performs in terms of producing chemicals and energy. This
