Young Saudi graduates who meet expectations are considered to be those that have not

get knowledge and experience. This is one of the reasons that the company offers opportunities
for young graduates who meet the company’s expectations (Alexander, 2018). The opportunities
that are offered allow young people to develop skills in their respective fields and ensure that
they perfect their abilities. Most of the opportunities that these young graduates get include
educational development programs that will result in the specialization. This will prepare them to
become .ore prepared to meet challenges in the future, whether they work in the company or
