Employees are the most flexible assets that allow organizations to align their
management practices with business goals in mind. To successfully weave the management of
people around the organization’s goals, it takes a strategy from the HRM. Today, it is not easy to
detach strategy management from the human resource management; in fact, the former is an
intersection of what has come to be known as SHRM (Strategic Human Resource Management).
By definition, strategic human resource management can be seen as the planned human
