Apple Inc.’s group of stakeholders comprise of: customers, investors, employees,
suppliers and distributors, competitors, and communities.
Apple’s consumers are crucial since they create the company’s demand that fosters a
supply margin that needs to be met (Wutich, et al., 2020). Considerably, their interests in the
company are essentially to receive quality products that are innovative adjacent to upcoming
telephony and computing technologies that match with the product value. Nonetheless, a
common opinion among customers is that the Apple product line consists of quality items that
may be overpriced to a premium level.

Investors on the other hand have a financial return interest in Apple Inc. that includes
both debtholders and shareholders. Their relevance comes from the fact that they finance the
start-up as well as the day-to-day running of the business through capital, loans, among other
forms of financing (Kent & Zunker, 2017). Apparently, investors are the most satisfied
stakeholders among all and have the opinion that their interests have been well satisfied but more
developments need to be incorporated to secure their investment in the organization.
Employees have a major relevance to Apple as they are responsible for the quality
assurance, management of risks embedded, and production of merchandise in addition to
response to customer concerns, needs and expectations (Wutich, et al., 2020). However, their
interest in the company is drawn from having job safety and receiving an employment income on
a monthly basis. It has been derived that workers at Apple find the workplace a friendly
environment to work in although the company’s expectations are extremely high.
Suppliers and distributors have a great impact on Apple as they facilitate the manufacture
of all organizational products. This comprises of both software developers and hardware
component suppliers (Kent & Zunker, 2017). Distributors on the other hand are responsible for
the growth of the company’s market-share. This stakeholders have a financial interest from the
company whereby they benefit from its sales where their income is generated. In addition, much
