QUALITY AT A1 HOTELS
A Luxury hotel chain, A1 Hotel, has been recently concerned about the incidences
that have appeared on the news about hotel quality and service. The hotel decides to begin a
survey process with clients as the participants before they complete their stay. Traditionally,
the number of dissatisfied customers totaled 40 percent. Responses to two hundred survey
were analyzed to determine if the recent level of customer satisfaction has improved.
The survey consisted of three queries that were had two options, that is Good (G) or
Poor (P). The questions asked about the quality of the rooms, the quality of the food provided
by the hotel and the quality of service provided by the hotel.
