I must admit that this course has been very educative and informative to me and it has
sensitized me to focus on personal development and advancement. It has helped me to identify
many personal strengths and weaknesses, which I am now working on to ensure that I reinforce
my strengths as well as work on reducing my weaknesses. This course has also helped me to
understand the benefits of collaborating with other professionals, which I have learned to
embrace even at my place of work.

What topic(s) in this course affected you the most?
The topic that influenced me the most in the course is time management. Time

management has been a major challenge in my life and learning about this topic helped me to
know many of my limitations as it pertains to time management. Another topic that helped me
most during the course is staying organized. I have learned a lot regarding managing work and
home tasks and responsibilities, and I must admit that I have become better in managing my life

What type of learner are you? How will your learning style fit each of the modalities
that WCU offers (face to face/fully online/blended)?
An evaluation of my learning strategies shows that I am a reading and writing learner.

Reading and writing as a learning style fits with all the modalities offered my WCU. When
focusing on face-to-face learning, I usually blend in my taking short notes as the teacher
elaborates on issues. When focusing on online learning, I blend in by making short notes
regarding what I read on online sources. I also enjoy the blended type of learning as it has many
avenues for reading as well as making short notes. I must state that all the modalities of learning
fit well with my learning style.

One of my strengths in academics is test taking. I have gained exceptional skills over the

course of my learning and have mastered the skill of test taking. I employ various strategies
