Classical organizational theories are the theories that are based on the concept of planning work
and processes in any organization for efficiency, standardization and specialization. Examples of
these theories are Taylor's scientific management approach, Weber's bureaucratic approach and
Administrative theory. the Taylor's scientific management approach was based on the idea that
by people working as hard as they could be not as efficient as having to optimize how the work
was done in the organization. The theory focusses more on the value of efficiency than just hard
work among the employees. The theory is also based on four principles, which include; science,
harmony cooperation and personal development. Weber's bureaucratic approach, on the other
hand, explains the need for all organizations to work rationally and not based on the emotional
intentions of the owners and the managers. The theory explains that organizations need to have a
clear hierarchy, they need to embrace specialization, there needs to be the division of labor and
there has to be a set of formal rules guiding all processes. The Administrative theory operates on
the idea that organizations should have departments which perform different activities to reach
