The ethical culture in an organization is the beliefs, values, and discussed assumptions that
determine how people should behave in an organization. An organization with an ethical culture
creates a culture that encourages good behavior among employees. Unethical behavior is any
behavior that does not relate to the standards of the organization (Menzel 2019).
