Yoga is a physically fit and health practice that has become quite known among many, and its
health benefits have been linked with helping with various illnesses. Generally, Yoga is a set of
spiritual, mental, and physical disciplines or practices whose origin can be traced from India.
Yoga puts into use different techniques, which include meditation, exercise, and breathing
techniques. The health benefits of Yoga are quite many; however, most of the persons who
practice Yoga do it in order to improve their health and happiness levels. Research on Yoga has
