Abstract
The development of institutions depends on the transportation systems to work. For
workers to move from place to place, there needs to be a model of transport. However, how
effective is the model used? There are numerous challenges that lead to what many call “poor
transport network.” Such include traffic and increased road accidents. Thus, a solution needs to
be found for people and goods to move fast. This paper focuses on intelligent transport system
software. With this technology, an excellent solution to the challenges faced by many during
travels are solved. Before moving from one place to another one, people need to consider various
factors. Such factors can be termed as efficiency. To be effective, a transport network needs to be
accessible. Accessibility can be looked at in terms of time and number of activities on that
particular line of transport. For instance, in cases where there are accidents, traffic is likely to
happen (Carter, 2013). During bad weather, some roads become inaccessible while others
receive high traffic.
