Proteolysis Targeting Chimeras are heterobifunctional small molecules. As such, they act
as a link to the ligase system of E3 ubiquitin from the targeted protein. This leads to the
degradation of the targeted protein through the ubiquitin-proteasome system.
Consequently, the oncoproteins are inactivated using the bifunctional molecules that are
